1. Eligibility

• To participate, you must be 18 years or older. 
• You must provide accurate personal and payment information during registration. 
• Ranky Tools reserves the right to approve or reject affiliate applications at its discretion. 

2. Affiliate Dashboard & Links

• Each affiliate will receive a unique dashboard with referral links and codes. 
• All clicks, signups, and purchases made via your unique referral link will be tracked automatically. 
• Sharing your referral links through fraudulent or unauthorized methods (spam, misleading ads, or illegal activity) is strictly prohibited. 

3. Commission Structure

• Commissions are based on successful purchases made through your referral links. 
• Initial commissions will appear as “Payment in Review” for 7 days due to our refund policy. 
• Once the refund period expires, commissions will move to “Matured Earnings” and are eligible for bi-monthly payouts (15th and 30th). 

4. Recurring Commissions

• Affiliates earn recurring commissions for every active user they refer. 
• Commissions will continue monthly as long as the referred user remains active without interruption. 
• If a referred user takes a break for a full month, recurring commissions for that user will be discontinued automatically. 

5. Multiple Referrals & Conflicts

• If a user is referred by multiple affiliates, the commission is credited to the affiliate whose link was used to make the payment, regardless of previous referrals. 
• Commissions cannot be split among multiple affiliates for the same purchase. 
• Direct customers: Any customer who deals directly with Ranky Tools without using an affiliate link will not be credited to any affiliate until they take a full month break on renewal and then make a new purchase via an affiliate link. 

6. Payment & Payouts

• Matured commissions are paid bi-monthly on the 15th and 30th. 
• Payments will be made via the payment method chosen during signup. 
• Ranky Tools reserves the right to withhold or reverse commissions if a purchase is refunded or violates program rules. 

7. Refunds & Chargebacks

• All purchases are subject to Ranky Tools’ 7-day refund policy. 
• If a referred purchase is refunded within 7 days, the commission will be reversed from Payment in Review or Matured Earnings. 
• Affiliates are not responsible for refunds or chargebacks beyond this policy. 

8. Termination of Account

• Affiliates may terminate their account at any time via their dashboard. 
• Ranky Tools may suspend or terminate any affiliate account that violates program rules, engages in fraud, or shares referral links unethically. 
• Upon termination, any Matured Earnings due will be paid according to the payout schedule, but recurring commissions will cease. 

9. Modification of Terms

• Ranky Tools reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. 
• Affiliates will be notified via email, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. 

10. Limitation of Liability

• Ranky Tools is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from participation in the affiliate program. 
• Affiliates participate at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws and tax regulations.

By participating in the Ranky Tools Affiliate Program, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of commissions.
